Am I eligible for this offer?
You will be eligible for this offer, if you have purchased a new, eligible Melitta appliance online from www.melitta.co.uk between Saturday 1st August 2020 to Monday 31st August 2020.
There are some additional provisions to this eligibility criteria but you can find out everything you need to know, in our Terms & Conditions.
Which Melitta appliances are eligible within this offer?
There are 3 eligible Melitta appliances within this offer and these are:
- Melitta Barista TS Smart (in either black, silver or stainless steel)
- Melitta Barista T Smart (in either black, silver or stainless steel)
- Melitta CI Touch (in both black and silver)

What is the offer gift?
Dependant on the appliance you have purchased, there will be 2 different cashback values.
- If you purchased the Melitta Barista TS Smart, you will receive £150 cashback via BACs transfer
- If you purchased the Melitta Barista T Smart, you will receive £75 cashback via BACs transfer
- If you purchased the Melitta CI Touch, you will receive £75 cashback via BACs transfer
The cashback Gift will be paid via BACs transfer to the bank you provide details for on the online claim form.
What do I need to do, to submit a valid claim?
Once you've made an eligible purchase, you can submit your claim in 3 easy steps:
- Select your purchased appliance on our [home page](https://melittarewards-staging.mlp.agency/cashback)
- Complete the short claim form
- Upload an image of your online Melitta order confirmation, as proof of purchase
Make sure your uploaded proof of purchase clearly shows all of the information, detailed underneath the image upload function.
When you are completing the online claim form, we will request you to provide your bank details so that we can issue the Gift. These details will not be passed to any other party and will not be used for any other purposes than issuing the Gift.
What is deemed as a valid proof of purchase?
When you purchase online through www.melitta.co.uk, you'll be sent an online order confirmation via email. This is the document you'll need to upload, as your valid proof of purchase.
Just to let you know, you may also receive other emails from Melitta, such as a general delivery notice. We aren't able to accept this document as valid proof of purchase, as it doesn't show important information, such as the date of purchase.
I don't have my Melitta order confirmation - what do I do?
If you don't think you were sent your order confirmation from Melitta, you can request this by calling the friendly Customer Services team at Melitta on 01952 671077.
Do I need to submit my claim, by a certain date?
Yes, so just to confirm that eligible purchases must be made on or between Saturday 1st August 2020 and Monday 31st August 2020. You'll need to submit your claim by midnight on Wednesday 30th September 2020. Any claims received after this date can't be accepted, so don't miss out.
I've purchased more than one eligible appliance - what do I do?
Thanks for your purchases and we hope you are enjoying your multiple appliances!
For each appliance purchased, you'll need to submit a separate claim. If your purchased appliances are all on the same order confirmation, just re-upload the same order confirmation for each claim and we'll review your claims altogether.
After I've submitted my claim, when will I receive my gift?
Once you've submitted your claim, we'll review your proof of purchase and aim to provide an email update within 10 working days. This update will let you know whether you are progressing to the next stage of claim validation.
If we update you to let you know your claim is progressing to the next stage of validation, then a 30 day cooling off period, taken from the date you purchased your appliance will apply. This means that at least 30 days from the date of purchase must pass before your claim can be deemed as successful.
All successful claims will receive their cashback via BACs transfer between Thursday 1st October 2020 and Wednesday 14th October 2020. Keep an eye out on the bank you provided details for, for a payment made with the reference 'Melitta Rewards'.
What happens if my claim is rejected?
If we update you to let you know know that your claim has been rejected, you will be given the opportunity to re-submit further proof of purchase to support your claim, up until midnight on Wednesday 30th September 2020.
My claim has been accepted and I haven't received my cashback
If your claim has been accepted, you can expect to receive your cashback via BACs transfer between Thursday 1st October 2020 and Wednesday 14th October 2020. Check the bank you provided details for, for a payment made with the reference 'Melitta Rewards'.
If you still haven't received this payment, firstly we'd like to apologise.
